Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare

by Venusha - Founder, ICT Guru  |  in Gaming at  3:21:00 AM
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is an upcoming first-person shooter video game developed by Infinity Ward and published byActivision. It is the thirteenth primary installment in the Call of Duty series and is set to be released for Microsoft WindowsPlayStation 4 and Xbox One on November 4, 2016

Similar to the previous games in the series, Infinite Warfare is a first-person shooter. As the game introduces a new setting, outer space, new gameplay mechanics, such as zero-gravity environments, are included.[3][4][5] Assuming control of Captain Nick Reyes, a Tier 1 Special Operations pilot, players will engage in aerial combat with enemies using his transforming fighter, the Jackal.[6]According to Infinity Ward, space combat is one of the game's key focuses,[1] Transition between space combat and boots-on-the-ground combat is described as "seamless".[7] Players gain access to Retribution, a central hub world. In Retribution, players can start main campaign missions, secondary quests which grant them new items and story details,[8] and launch raids on hostile ships.[9]
The game also features several competitive multiplayer modes and a cooperative multiplayer Zombie mode, which has its own gameplay mechanics and story

In 2014, Activision announced a three-year development cycle for the Call of Duty series, in which Infinity Ward,Sledgehammer Games and Treyarch will take turns in releasing a Call of Duty video game every year so as to extend each game's development time. Infinite Warfare is the third and the last game in the first cycle, and it is the first video game developed by Infinity Ward since 2013's Call of Duty: Ghosts.[1] According to Infinity Ward, the development team added lots of new ideas to the game, and put emphasis on the game's storytelling.[10] The team chose space as the game's setting as they believed that it can introduce new environments to players. To make the game more realistic, Infinity Ward had consulted several military experts.[7]

GTA V wheelie mod

by Unknown  |  in Gaming at  6:05:00 PM

This script brings to the game the ability to do Wheelies with
your cars!

Wheelies are performed after you have done a long enough burnout, but the wheelie will be lost if you stop accelerating at any moment.

By default, the script allows all vehicles to perform wheelies, but you can enable a "realistic" mode in the .ini configuration file, to make the script run under these rules:
  • Cars with Engine Upgrades at Level 3 or 4 can perform a wheelie
  • Lowered Suspension upgrades prevent the car from doing wheelies
  • Wheelie Bars actually prevent the car from lifting too much when performing a wheelie
  • Hot Rods (Hotknife, Dukes, Buccaneer, RatLoader, Sabre GT and the new Lurcher) can perform wheelies without engine upgrades

Installation
"BurnoutWheelie.dll" and "BurnoutWheelie.ini" go inside \Grand Theft Auto V\scripts\ folder.

REQUIREMENTS
.NET Framework 4.5.2
Visual C++ 2015
ScriptHookV > v1.0.505.2
ScriptHookVDotNet > 2.3

Settings
In the .ini file you can allow the script to affect all vehicles equally, or let it work more realistically, requiring engine upgrades for most vehicles to perform a wheelie. Read the points above.

Plans
  • Make AI drivers do it too
  • Tweak anything you guys notice not working as intended

Legend of Grimrock 2 gets an October release date

by Unknown  |  in Gaming at  2:46:00 AM

Legend of Grimrock 2 - the sequel to one of 2012's finest role-playing games, and an indie game to boot - will be released for PC on 15th October.
You can pre-order the game now and by doing so save a bit of money - Grimrock 2 $20.39 instead of $23.99.
The sequel takes Grimrock outside, into forests and by swamps, as well as into dark dungeons. It will be more ambitious in nearly every way: better looking, more diverse - more more more.
If Grimrock 1 tested the waters for a 3D grid-based dungeon crawler, a la Ultima Underworld, then Grimrock 2 should cannonball them.
Wrote Dan Whitehead in his 2012 Grimrock review: "Legend of Grimrock walks a very fine tightrope with outrageous confidence. With its ruthless adherence to 1990s design it shamelessly panders to nostalgia, but it never feels like it relies on that inherited fondness to get by. That's a trap too many retro-inspired indies fall into: letting the past do all the work to mask holes in the design.
"Grimrock doesn't do that. It reminds us that the old ways still have value, but its thoughtful construction and nuanced balance ensure that it can still stand on its own two feet in 2012 and justify its existence on its own terms."
